I cook everyday of the week, I will start posting about my cooking journeys...another task I have to get around to is putting a recipe book together..HEALTHY AND UNHEALTHY pleasures;) I will soon start my juicing journey yet again.
simple and quick --> MEATBALL SUB CASSEROLE
-Literally cut a loaf of french bread and laid it out in a deep baking dish.
-toast bread in the oven until bread is brown. Bring the dish out to add toppings.
-mix mayonaise / cream cheese / whatever seasonings you want and spread it over the toasted (brown) french bread.
-slice meatballs in half and layer that on the cream cheese spread.
-pour any pasta sauce desired.
-sprinkle mozzerella cheese everywhere ;)
-bake for another 30 min. ENJOY!
