I'm currently experiencing insomnia @2:43 am on this cold Sunday morning. Since I'm in the midst of creating my daughter's look book, why not blog about my beautiful monster. When no one is there to listen..blog it lol well atm all I hear is her snores since she's sick, she's a hot mess. My baby is amazingly funny and smart, (what parent doesn't say that?) RIGHT!?! Well that's none of my business. She's everything I've ever wanted yet a lil more and it's lowkey scary. She has an attitude and personality compared to a 5 year old. Her current active words are "stop it / dadeh / mommeh)  She's an extremely active 1 year old and the lazy part of me misses her at 2-5 months (pre- crawling stage)...She is now a Tasmanian devil. It takes a lot of energy to keep up with her, yet Im already knowing that it only gets worse from here on out.
#persaeusdiaries was a late bloomer as far as her motor skills are involved. I believe she started crawling at 6 months, she didn't start walking until a lil before her 1st birthday.

Her first steps were pure joy and now she wobbles from side to side (my penguin baby)!
She's sneaky and aggressive. I find pros and cons within both traits, ones worth arguing over. All I want is for her to be healthy/ caring / loving / kind / motivated / respectful && everything else will fall into place.
I've always been the parent to mention the fact that my child doesn't need to have a HUGE 1st birthday. 1st birthdays are usually held to please everyone that attends. Truthfully..I don't owe everyone else in my life a damn thing. My priority and mindset is always based on her needs 1st. I'm not about to spend my hard earned money to host a party and cater to everyone else. I could get into detail but I'm sure you catch my drift. I think a 3rd birthday is perfect because then my baby understands and grasps the whole point of having birthdays and celebrating life. So..for her 1st birthday we hosted a little get together at my daughter's cousin's house. I'm a perfectionist if you haven't already realized it. Therefore, if i plan something..IT GOES AS PLANNED!!!! so you know i had to do the most (considering the most you could do for a small get together) && the theme was pretty in pink / garden theme. The subject was LED LIGHTS / many different DIY PROJECTS. Overall, I thought I did a wonderful / beautiful job.
