How relevant of a subject...currently trying to workout 5 days a week and I actually feel good about myself. I know it will take discipline and hard work however, I feel as though my thought process needs to catch up with my physical appearance. Ever heard the saying, "You never realize how much you've changed physically until you look at a picture." Well, that my friends is what left me horrified. Literally gained 30 lbs since pregnancy. Right when I thought that my body was going down the right path, mother nature runs me over with a child inside of me LOL well, it wasn't as harsh as I'm making it out to be but; you get the picture RIGHT?!?I'm currently eating unhealthy and once or twice a day / little to no H20 and I desperately need to step my game up in order to achieve my goals and live to be a better ME all around. Within this week I will be starting my juice cleanse that I failed time and time before. However, practice makes perfect so LETS TRY THIS AGAIN!
Being motivated and pushed by our trainer (boyfriend's brother) is actually uplifting. I enjoy workouts with people that are positive and motivated as well.
